TIF

French rapper TIF, who left Algeria for France eight years ago, infuses his music with nostalgia for his homeland. TIF performs his melodious verses in French and Arabic in an intoxicating mix of chaâbi (the traditional, Algerian genre), rap and Andalusian music. Since early this year, TIF has continued to collaborate with leading figures in the French-speaking scene, such as PLK and Sofiane Pamart, and is increasingly establishing himself as one of today's most promising rap artists. On 30 October, TIF will come to Amsterdam for a live performance at our OZ hall.
