In 2025, metalcore band Silent Planet will bring their 'SUPERBLOOM' tour to Melkweg! After making a strong impression as the support act for Polaris, the band is now ready to take over our MAX with their own show. Their latest album, SUPERBLOOM, tells the story of a teenager who unexpectedly encounters something extraterrestrial and then mysteriously disappears. According to KERRANG!, this is "Silent Planet’s most adventurous body of work." The album is packed with hypnotic hooks, otherworldly soundscapes, and drenched in hardcore, post-rock, and metal. Lead singer and frontman Garrett Russell ties it all together with his poetic lyrics and raw vocals.
Joining Silent Planet this evening are American metalcore band Like Moths to Flames, hardcore quintet AVOID, and British alt-metal band VEXED.
