PMP Vibrations: Charlot & DeRonde/Deroo

Yes! Yes! Yes! PMP Vibrations is returning with it’s third edition on Friday, May 3rd at the Melkweg. This winter, PMP has been busy discovering two talented acts to showcase. That’s why we’re excited to present these new performances during PMP Vibrations in the Melkweg UP. PMP Vibrations provides artists an opportunity to create a unique cross-over performance in 12-hours, showcased that same evening. We’re very excited to announce that this year’s PMP Vibrations will feature Charlot and DeRonde/Deroo!

CHARLOT’s music is a blend of dreamy and danceable synth pop, infused with storytelling lyrics. Last year she made appearances at festivals such as Into The Great Wide Open & Motel Mozaique and performed as the opening act for renowned Dutch artists like Froukje and Wende. CHARLOT extends a heartfelt invitation to audiences, encouraging them to forge cosmic connections, both with the music and with each other.

DeRonde/Deroo consists of the mimers Nick Deroo and Tom de Ronde. DeRonde/Deroo creates dream worlds that linger on your retina. As a viewer, you get a glimpse into a universe with its own rules and surreal moments. Their performances are often described as visually stunning poems. Tom and Nick are also active individually outside of their collective, continually challenging themselves and drawing inspiration from the artists around them.
