Since their breakthrough in the 1990s with provocative songs like ‘Nancy Boy’ and ‘Bruise Pristine’, Placebo have clearly steered their own course in the Britpop scene. This new documentary looks back on the band's career as they work on a new album at England's legendary Twickenham Film Studios - the same studio where the Beatles featured in Peter Jackson's ‘Get Back’. As well as interviews and live versions of songs from the ‘Never Let Me Go’ album, there is also plenty of never-before-seen archive footage, including footage of their close collaboration with David Bowie.
