Peter Hook & The Light

English bassist Peter Hook began his musical career as co-founder of the legendary post-punk band Joy Division. After the end of Joy Division in 1980, Hook was part of the iconic restart as New Order.

In the fall of 2025, Peter Hook will come to Amsterdam with his band The Light! This evening they will perform the seventh New Order album 'Get Ready' in its entirety. This album contained tracks such as 'Crystal' and '60 Miles an Hour' and was dedicated to Rob Gretton, the manager of both Joy Division and New Order, who passed away in 1999. The setlist will also include the biggest hits of Joy Division and New Order!
