The Libertines, Babyshambles, and The Puta Madres have one thing in common: frontman Peter Doherty. In his bands as well as solo, the British artist combines his signature talent for melody, quirky poetic realism, and visual storytelling. In the spring of 2025, Peter Doherty will come to the Melkweg with an intimate solo show.
Fans have even more to look forward to, as his new solo album “Felt Better Alive” will be released in the same year. In collaboration with producer Mike Moore - known as guitarist of Liam Gallagher and producer of Baxter Dury - the idyllic rural setting, the Normandy village where Peter and his family live, translates.
