19:00 Doors 19:30 Guadal Tejaz 20:40 Osees
The hyperactive John Dwyer always leaves us with Osees (formerly OCS, The Ohsees, Thee Oh Sees), prompting the question: what will Osees bring us this time? From krautrock, garagerock, and punk, the band explores the keyboard on their latest addition, 'Intercepted Message.' We traverse from synthpop to new wave to disco, and as true shapeshifters, they embrace every genre. Live, Osees is an unstoppable garagerock machine, with two drummers and Dwyer's inexhaustible energy immersing you in a noisy, over-the-top rock & roll explosion!
Support: Guadal Tejaz
Guadal Tejaz will open this evening! This by John Dwyer-selected support showcases a catchy mix of garage, punk and krautrock on their latest album, ‘Noche Triste’, with a rebellious energy à la Viagra Boys.
Guadal Tejaz is supported by Liveurope: the first pan-European initiative supporting concert venues in their efforts to promote emerging European music.
