Kofi Stone returns to the Melkweg on Tuesday 29 April! With this time a show at the OZ. Kofi Stone was inspired by his grandfather's poetry and had refined tastes from an early age. With artists like Lupe Fiasco, Common, Kano and Sway in his musical diet, his fascination with hip-hop grew. His father introduced him to an engineer who arranged Kofi's first studio session.
In 2017, Kofi released his first single ‘Stories In Pyjamas’, followed by ‘Nothin’ Ain't Free'. He quickly became one of the most promising new artists of that year. After a short break, Kofi is back with new songs: ‘May Sound Crazy’ ft. Benjamin Zephaniah, ‘Black Joy’ and his latest single ‘You'll Be Okay’. With his new album ‘A Man After God's Own Heart’, 2025 promises to be a triumphant year for Kofi Stone!
