As a producer and DJ, Amsterdam-based Beraber (Barış Akardere) specializes in soulful house, with releases on labels like United Identities and his monthly radio show Gentle Actions on RRFM. He’s also one half of the DJ duo Osdorp Tapes, who almost exclusively mix with Turkish cassette tapes. At Kaynaş Club, he sets aside his usual sound to dive into the Turkish music of his youth—from Anadolu rock and disco to arabesk and pop.
rayne – yağmur is a DJ and producer with an interdisciplinary artistic practice from Turkey, now based in Berlin. A resident of Istanbul's Root Radio, Berlin/Belgrade's D59B, and Berlin's Cashmere Radio, she is known for her dynamic sound, blending sensual electronics with subtle Anatolian influences. Inspired by nostalgic dancefloors and the fusion of contemporary technologies with art and sound, her work flows seamlessly between geographies and temporalities.
kekik x kimyon is a DJ and drag collaboration that blends their unique flavors—a spicy mix of contemporary dance, contortion with shisha, and Anatolian folk music mixed with sensual electronics. Originally from Istanbul, their paths crossed at the research platform New Practice in Art and Technology at UdK and TU Berlin, where they explore the convergence of new media and emerging technologies.
