‘Thank God It's Friday’ is not only the motto, but also a way of living for best friends Koen Brouwer and Quinten Huigen. The band is all about music, freedom, but above all their friendship. The friends describe their chemistry as yin & yang. Perfectly balanced together. Quinten embodies a darker side, who loves the depths and the heavier, deeper layers of life. Koen likes to move forward and provides the upbeat energy flow in their music. Inspired by The War on Drugs, Harry Styles, Jungle and Coldplay's earlier records, Friday took a year off to find their new sound, and they have found it.
