Since the release of his first mixtape in 2011, Denzel Curry has established himself as one of the frontrunners of the new underground rap scene. He recently released the album ‘King of the Mischievous South’, on which he harks back to the sound with which he launched his career. In six years, Denzel Curry released four conceptual albums, evolving from cult hero to a celebrated name in the rap scene. From ‘TA13OO’ (2018) to ‘Melt My Eyez See Your Future’ (2022), he left a lasting impression with his versatility and sharp lyrics. Thanks to collaborations with the likes of Joey Bada$$, Rick Ross and JPEGMAFIA, Denzel Curry has become an unmistakable figure in the scene.
