For more than a decade, Colombian duo Bomba Estéreo (literal translation "Stereobomb") from Bogota has managed to blend traditional South American styles such as cumbia and champeta with hip-hop, dubstep and electronica into a vibrant sound. On stage, they are known for their high-energy performances. Greater success followed after their song "Fuego" was included as a FIFA soundtrack in 2009, with the icing on the cake this year being three Grammy nominations for the latest album "Déja.
