With fans like Prince and Mick Jagger, she is one of the most celebrated modern fado singers in the world, and also the youngest ever to be nominated for an Edison. In her youth, Moura was still experimenting with other genres such as pop and rock, but she now has six successful fado albums to her name.

Her sound is intriguing, layered and at home in the global-pop sphere, and at the same time distinctive. With her powerful voice and magnetic appeal on stage, she leaves no one unmoved. Ten years ago at the Amsterdam Roots Festival, she sold out a ram-packed OZ in 2022. Needless to say, it was time for her return, on 4 March at the MAX!
