The Dutch rock band Green Lizard was formed in 1994 by brothers Brian, Willy, and Remi Tjon Ajong. One of Green Lizard's most famous albums was their debut, 'Identity', which was recorded in collaboration with producer Clif Norrell (known for his work with Jeff Buckley, Weezer, Faith No More, and R.E.M.), featuring tracks like 'Autumn' and 'Turn Around' as standouts. Their follow-up album, 'Newborn', also collaborated with Norrell and even featured Henry Rollins as a guest artist. This fall, the quintet is coming to Melkweg to celebrate the band's 30-year anniversary. And this evening is extra special because for the first time in 20 years, they will take the stage including drummer Roeland and bassist Jan Jaap, both of whom left the band at the end of the 2000s.
